Historical Events at Solitude Mountain Resort

Solitude purchased

Following a disastrous winter which brought nearly no snow to the struggling resort, Solitude was purchased by the DeSeelhorst family. They saw a listing for the resort’s sale in the Wall Street Journal, and spent the next 30+ years, steadily growing Solitude into a world-class mountain resort.
